Framer

We host our website with Framer. Provider: Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Framer collects log files including your IP address, browser type, and time of access.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in a technically flawless presentation). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Framer. Insofar as data is transferred to the USA, Framer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Calendly

To schedule meetings, we use "Calendly".

Provider: Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA.

When you use the Calendly link, data such as your name, email address, and IP address are transferred to Calendly's servers in the USA.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Processing for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Data Transfer: Calendly is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We have a DPA in place.

5. Server Log Files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in "Server Log Files", which your browser automatically transmits to us:

• Operating system used

• Referrer URL

• Host name of the accessing computer

• Time of the server request

• IP address (anonymized where possible)
