Co-Founder & CEO

Nicolas engineers the systems that decouple revenue from headcount. After witnessing the friction of manual outreach at big corporations like Celonis, he applied his background in Business & Computer Science (TUM) and Data Analytics (ESADE) to rebuild the GTM stack from the ground up. As a Clay Community Lead and one of the Top 16 GTM Engineer globally, he leads Scalantec’s project engineering, ensuring every GTM engine we install is a high-output, permanent business asset.

Moritz

Co-Founder & Head of Strategy

Moritz brings the rigour of top-tier strategy consulting and high-growth venture building to Scalantec. A former Bain & Company consultant and Rocket Internet leader in Southeast Asia, he has built and scaled multiple ventures from the ground up. His deep business acumen and experience leading VC-backed companies allow him to design GTM strategies that align perfectly with a CEO's strategy.

Having consulted the biggest lead generation agencies globally, he is a product builder at heart. He currently leads our technical frontier, developing cutting-edge GenAI systems and "Gen2" automation frameworks that push the boundaries of what’s possible in B2B growth.

With a background in finance, economics, and AI, he brings a data-driven, ROI-first mindset to every campaign he touches.

We are based in Berlin, Germany. But we are a global team spread across countries like Macedonia, India and the Philippines.

Language

English is required. German is a plus.
