Across 18 months, the team has designed, launched, and iterated on 20 separate campaign plays, organized around two core audiences (Office Managers and Department Heads) and a seasonal calendar. The audience definition was refined across multiple iterations until message-market fit stabilized; the standout audience plays now run at four to seven times the industry midpoint reply rate.
