The challenge
PAIR Finance, based in Berlin, works in debt collection and is bound by strict data protection rules. Common prospecting and automation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, Zapier and Waalaxy are not approved internally, and Clay is awaiting a legal review. Our job was to show what effective sales look like when data protection is a fixed requirement.
What Scalantec delivered
An analysis from three interviewsIn July 2026 we spoke with three people from sales and RevOps and reviewed the CRM, data quality, channels and tools.
A compliance dossier18 pages on what is approved and the options for a data stack that meets the rules.
A workshop with the teamOn 4 August 2026 we presented the findings as decisions: what to build, in which order and what it replaces.
The outcome
A plan for a data-protection-compliant sales system, with scenarios and a summary for management, as the basis for deciding on the build.
